Remember, lust is the desire to have something and have it NOW. If you can learn to discipline yourselves to foregoing the desires of the moment, these two areas will become more controllable and not control you. The old “stop, drop and roll” should become “stop,look and listen”..learn to discern the voices you hear. Satan says get it and get it now…God says chill out, be patient, wait on me.
It all comes in due time..take my word.
